XBOX Battery Pack:

If you encounter any problems with your new purchased battery packs, you may run below steps to troubleshoot and fix the problems. Thank you for your try before return or replace your purchases!

1. The Xbox battery pack may need to be charged before first time use. You can plug the included USB charging cable to your Xbox controller with the battery pack installed in your controller.

2. If your the battery cannot hold the power after unplugging charging cable from controller, you may need to use pencil rubber or similar to clean your metal touch points of your controller in controller battery compartment. Sometimes dirty layer over the metal point may result in incomplete touch between battery and controller metal points. 

3. After you clean the metal touch in controller, if your battery still cannot power your controller without plugging charging cable, please contact us through below email and we will replace or return your batteries as soon as possible. Thank you!
